Monday Crock Pot Chili – Add a leafy green side salad, hunk of crispy-crust bread and fresh grapes for dessert.
Tuesday Mexican Burger – Wrap up your cooked burger in a tortilla with salsa, onions and cheese. Add a side of black beans warmed from the can and fresh melon for dessert.
Wednesday Omelet – Add a side of baked sweet potato fries (fresh or frozen) and a spinach salad with diced fall apples and walnuts.
Thursday Baked Salmon – Add a side of roasted-in-the-oven cauliflower, steamed sugar snap peas and fresh fall pear slices for dessert.
Friday Veggie-Loaded Pizza – Make you own or get take-out. Healthier pizza is made with a thin ‘n crispy crust, tons of vegetables, and light on the cheese. Add munchers such as celery, cucumber slices and radishes to dip into hummus on the side.
