Winter Meal Tips:
- January is Oatmeal Month so be sure to include this warm & filling whole grain for breakfast. Jazz it up on top with nuts, dried cranberries/raisins and/or vanilla yogurt!
- January & February are prime time for In Season Citrus Fruits like grapefruits, oranges, lemons and limes. Try them all. Make your afternoon snack an orange, Clementine or tangerine.
- Set up your Crockpot or Slow Cooker in the morning and return home to an easy dinner meal after work. Check here for ideas & recipes of what to make. Add a steamed veggie or leafy green salad to your plate for good nutrition.
