Going out to a restaurant gives you a nice day off, if you are the cook of the household. Going out to a restaurant opens your eyes to new and creative ways to make food as well as it introduces you to cuisines from around the world. When it’s a family member’s birthday or special celebration day, many of us choose to eat in a restaurant. When we go away from home on vacation, restaurant meals are also reality. In an earlier blog, I explained how to eat out in a restaurant and succeed with good nutrition to give you a plan. Now, what about ordering?
