Summer Meal Tips:

Cold dinner!
Salad: Chilled spinach or lettuce + tomatoes + cukes + grilled beef/chicken + sunflower seeds + vinaigrette
Sandwich: Pita bread spread with hummus + canned and flaked tuna + arugula + red Bell pepper strips

Grill time!
Aluminum foil packets: Lightly spray a sheet of aluminum foil with oil, then add cut up broccoli, onion, zucchini or yellow squash. Seal packet and cook on the grill.
Kabobs: Thread a skewer with lean beef, lamb or pork cubes, pineapple, green Bell peppers and mushrooms. Brush with a favorite sauce and grill, turning to cook evenly.

Picnic!
Finger foods: Cut-up cantaloupe, cut-up watermelon, celery sticks, one-bite tomatoes, tiny cheese sandwiches, popcorn, crunchy bread sticks & hummus, yogurt, nuts mixed with raisins, a fruit juice + seltzer water spritzer!
