Easy Solutions:
Time for a Fresh Start!
A New Year offers all of us a chance for a Fresh Start. This can mean different things to different people, though. For some, it means cleaning the house from top-to-bottom. For others, it means starting a new hobby like line dancing, knitting or roller skating. If your fresh start includes improved nutrition and feeling better, then here are a few tips to get you going. Remember to work on only one goal at a time so that you feel empowered, not overwhelmed. And…go for it!
Tips for a Fresh Start:
- Put fruits and vegetables at the very top of your grocery list. Be sure to keep them in plain view at home and make them your snack.
- Take a fresh air walk every single day. Schedule it so that you don’t forget.
- Make one simple and healthy homemade recipe each week. First, find a recipe. Next, put the ingredients you need on your grocery shopping list. Next, make time to cook your recipe – at your own pace. PS Let me know if you need some help!
