Diet's Don't Work! I'm sure you've heard this line before. But, do you believe it? Most of my clients who struggle with body weight issues are wishing for a clear-cut, easier solution to losing weight. And, I sincerely wish this for them, too. 'Dieting' as in depriving yourself is typically a not-so-great way to go.
